How long does the course take?

The traffic school is a self-paced curriculum.  It is possible to complete it in just a few hours, but that depends largely on how quickly you can go through the material. We do not guarantee a specific amount of time.

How much does the Internet course cost?

Can the course be completed in one day?

Absolutely! The course can be completed in one day in one sitting, hence the name ticketnomore.com.

Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?

No, the course can be completed over a number of days by logging out and logging back in on a different day. The program will save your last location on the test.

How many sections are there?

The course is made up of 6 sections with a quiz at the end of each section followed by a final exam.

Where will my certificate be delivered?

Depending on the county that you received the ticket in your certificate may be sent electronically to that court.

I am required by the court to do ID Verification. What does that mean?

ID Verification is the process of verifying your identification. Some courts require that you prove you are the person taking the final exam. The methods to do this are Notary Public, Online ID Verification, Web cam, or taking the test in person at our office of the traffic school. We provide all 4 methods. Some methods are not approved in some counties so you may only have the option of three of the methods available. For example, not all counties allow Web cam, while others do. You can find the answer to what counties allow on the county rules page for your county. Once your identification is provided you will have access to the final.

What is Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a person approved by your state to prove you are the person you say you are. They do this by verifying your id using some form of legal Identification: Drivers License, Passport, or etc.

What it is Online ID Verification?

Online ID Verification is a method approved by the court to verify your ID over the Internet. This method uses your Experian credit report and history. If you do not have a credit history or you have a lock on your credit, you cannot use this method to verify your ID.

What is a verification document?

During the registration process you may be given an option to purchase a verification document. This document serves the purpose of providing you additional proof that you completed traffic school. It is for your personal records. However, it can be used to provide proof to your insurance company and/or employer. The verification document is not the official court certificate. The official court certificate is sent to the court.

How do I know if I qualify for traffic school?

The court should have provided paperwork for you when you opted to take traffic school. Traffic school is not only for people who get tickets. It is also good as a refresher course to stay on top of your driving knowledge.

What happens if I don't pass?

This program is designed to give you every opportunity to pass the course. You may review the material and take the quizzes as many times as you need to – AT No Extra Charge. Everything is open book, including the final exam.

What if I need to change my mailing address or other information?

Students can change their information any time before taking the final exam by selecting the "My Account" button on the menu.

Why are there questions in the chapter quizzes that do not relate to traffic safety?

These questions are called security questions and the court mandates that we have one question in each section that does not relate to driving. No need to worry, the answers can be easily found in the curriculum.
